All my gta online progress has disappeared since gta v left the game pass

Graeme, could you try retrieving your most recent cloud saved data for this game?

This can be done by highlighting GTA V > pressing the Menu button > Manage game & add-ons > saved data > highlight your gamertag and hit A > select “remove from this console”.

Open GTA V after doing this procedure and wait until your progress is synced.
However, if the issue persists, you may want to contact Rockstar support regarding how to retrieve your GTA online character.

I got the GTA V it includes GTA v and GTA V online with criminal enterprise starter pack and I cant play GTA online idk what's going on with that do u have to get game pass for it.

GTA V has left Game Pass. Check with the website or app in order to keep up to date on games coming and leaving Game Pass.
