All my games and apps are gone.

So I was trying to install warzone but for some reason it wasn't installing. I have a external hard drive that is made for Xbox. I uninstalled warzone and go to reinstall it and all of a sudden my Xbox freezes and it says I have nothing installed, so I check my hard drive and it says thats empty too.

So I basically have about 2 terabytes of games that need to be reinstalled, and I don't really want to pay for more WIFI data. Anyone got any ideas?

Hello there! For this case, we suggest to refresh the hard drive, you can press the guide button then the options button on the games and apps link it'll give you the option to refresh it.

Yes I did that, but I still don't have any games or apps of mine installed.

In this case, our suggestion here, attempt a Soft Factory Rest Xbox Support by selecting the following:
Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

Hello, I did that and its still empty. I don't really know what happened never had any issues.

I selected to reset and keep all games and apps but when I loaded in, all of my games and apps were gone, Full Library does not work, and now I don't even have the option to download games through the store. Basically it's all gone.

All my games and apps are gone.
