    I also have the same issue and haven't found a solution.

    I had 1000 captures on my Xbox from the past three years, and I returned today to everything completely wiped past a few months.

    Microsoft keeps saying this was "memory overflow" or another issue, but something in the update screwed up. I had 232 GB of extra space on my Xbox, so I can guarantee that my clips were not the issue.

    It also states that 10 GB can be uploaded to the Xbox network, but in my scenario, all of my Xbox network game clips were wiped. Only a few were on the network, with the rest in local storage.

    I never received a notification to delete any game clips as they claim.

    With my research, my best hypothesis is that they added a limiter to the game clips in storage, but if you were already past that limit when the update was released, it just deletes any excess game clips without prompting for a backup.

    Hey there Divine!

    If you can see all your clips in Upload Studio, you should be able to save them or share them directly from Upload Studio at this point. Are you not able to do so? Note that you can also filter the clips by clips stored locally or on Xbox Live.

    All of my captures are gone

    Hey, Im Warpriest!

    We had an issue with Activity Feeds last night, that would have affected captures. This is resolved now. Are you still unable to view your captures? Let me know so that we can dig into this further! :)

    Offline Captures ALL Gone

    Hi cjames311,

    Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with captures on Xbox One. When did you notice these captures were deleted? Have you checked to see if the console uploaded them to Xbox Live? To do so, check out:

    Manage your game clips on Xbox One    .

    You may want to try a
    hard reset     to refresh the capture list and try making new captures.

    Please keep us updated.

    Hi Ezra,

    I only noticed the captures had deleted yesterday, but I have not been online much so it could have happened over the last 2-3 weeks.

    I have tried the following.

    1. Hard Reset - > no clips in " on this Xbox "
    2. Hard Reset & Disconnecting power for 10 seconds - > no clips in " on this Xbox "
    3. When Capturing a new clip/screenshot that appears in on this Xbox
    Xbox Live Storage is at 97% but i have never had any issues with captures storage local on the xbox.

    I use One Drive when I need to free space on xbox live, Last upload to One Drive was 2nd September 2019 but that was only one clip

    Any other suggestions?

    For some reason all of my captures are gone.

    I tried it and it didn't solve the problem unfortunately. Well idk the exact date of my last capture before everything was gone. But I took some captures today.

    I appreciate your help.
