All my downloaded Xbox games are crashing.

Thanks for trying to help. I Reset and Kept my game. I’m back in Forza and the audio is lagging bad. The entire game is slow, but drive able. I will try to delete Forza and reload it next.

I understand you need help on your games problem.

Try doing a reset on the Xbox.

Let's refresh the console's system cache.

NOTE: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

No data or game saves will be lost doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select System.

4. Select Console info

5. Select Reset console.

6. Select Reset and keep my games & apps

This will also help sync the data on your console properly.

If this does not help, try reinstalling the games. If you are using an external hard drive, remote it then install them internally.

If that does not work, I would already suggest resetting it and deleting everything to see if that will help.

Now it says KMODE Exception not handled. I think it is a problem with the app. When I launch them from the windows store they crash as well. All my games load fine besides the ones I download from the Xbox beta app. Any game I download from the Xbox or
Xbox Game Pass crashes when loading. Any free game I download from the Microsoft Store runs fine.

I have the same problem:

DR3 - either crashes to home screen, or gets stuck at "Loading"

AC4 - either crashes to home screen, or gets stuck loading the save game

KI- crashes to home

COD- Goes into a loop going back to the splash screen after showing the menu for a second or two

These are all digital download games. I'm on my 2nd replacement xbox and support hasn't been able to help me at all.
