All my battle passes and skins disappeared on Fortnite

My son plays Fortnite and he logged on and all his battle passes and skins that he has bought are gone. He had a friend it happened to also but all of his showed back up. Not sure what caused it or what I need to do or who I need to contact. Any one else
having problems with this?

hey guys im experiencing the same problem, my arctic battle rife, raptor skin, circuit skin all disappeared when i logged in today...any fix for this?

Hi there,

please double check if you unlinked the epic account, if you have done so you'll need to relink it again.

For me, when I specialized, all of my pre order items such as the Arctic battle rifle skin, have disappeared. I hate 343 for this.

Well, I don't think is a bad thing if the Battle Pass only have skins or things that doesn't give any advantage for the player. Fortnite have a lot of itens in Battle Pass but they don't give you advantage, in that way I don't have anything against.
