All my achievement progress reset

So for no reason all my achievement progress on my locked achievements got reset on all of my games. I was at like 87/100 on my daily challenges for an achievement in Titanfall and no I'm at 0%. That is so much time wasted for nothing. All of my wins, kills,
skulls, terminals and everything in the Master Chief Collection, reset. Some achievements aren't even unlocking when I do them and others when I do win so many games, won't be recorded for the achievement. How can this be fixed?

Jeez I bloody well hope so! There's some incredibly frustrating achievements I have nearly completed and if that progress is lost forever due to an error on Microsoft's behalf I will be extremely unhappy.

I have left the console since it happened, is it safe to shut it down do you reckon?

Yep same here. This problem is widespread, unfortunately I don't know when they fix it if we will get our achievements we unlocked. I hope so

 

Same here. I found all the skulls in Halo 1, I have all the individual achievements for the individual skulls. But not the achievement for having all of them.

And then the achievement for viewing each Halo 1 level in both classic and anniversary mode. It was at 95%, I completed the last level, now it's at 0%.

Edit: Also I beat Halo 1 and have the achievements for each of the 10 levels but no achievement for completing it on easy or normal. I'm currently on the third campaign mission of Halo 2, Metropolis, I haven't gotten any achievements since I got the one
for beating the first level, Cairo Station.

 

I have the same problem except I'm playing assassins creed unity and my tracking was reset and I can't unlock achievements

 

Same thing happened to me. Achievement progress from Halo MCC, Horizon 2 and D4 dropped down to 0%

 

Same problem for me. No achievement unlocking after Metropolis. Have started a forum on waypoint too (www.halowaypoint.com/.../posts).
Don't want to continue just to have to re-do it all again.

 

Me too, playing titanfall and now showing 0% on my last two achievements when should be 90%+ !!!!

 

Some of you who are complaining have incredibly high gamerscores. Are you sure you earned those legitimately?

 

I hope someone who knows how to solve this will answer Microsoft really needs to fix this. Thos is the third time this has happened to me I have to keep restoring console to factory settings its ridiculous

 

I just noticed this has happened to me also. Applaude does resetting console fix this?

 

Same thing here was playing sunset overdrive this afternoon and went back to clean up some achievements after beating the game and noticed all progress was back to zero for the locked achievements. Checked all my other games and its the same thing with those
as well. Single process achievements are also not unlocking.

 

estjaydee3000 it did work for me before I'll try it again and tell everyone if it works

 

I just got off chat with support. It appears that enough people have raised their attention to this and they are aware its happening and assert it to an xbox live problem right now. I was given a ref number and told to check back in an hour. The service
alert is currently being updated as well I am told.
