All minecraft bedrock purchases gone, help?

I was loading up minecraft on my switch and was gonna play in the steven universe world, but it was gone.

Went to change my skin, all gone except for the mario pack.

I realized i wasnt logged in, tried that... Nope. Still missing.

I dont know what happened. Does anybody know how i can get my purchases back?

If they are on that list, try to sign out and sign back in!

I think they honestly dont care, still missing everything including all the timed items such as the founders cape and birthday packs.

All they say is that the purchases are tied to my xbox account and to contact xbox support, then when I contact xbox support, they tell me to contact minecraft support. It just sucks to lose $80+ on things from the marketplace.

Yes, all my packs are missing as well. I had all.of the original 360 packs plus new ones from the one edition, I would like to know why they're gone and when Microsoft will be fixing this since it's an Microsoft error.

Dude same with me!I had all my packs and from these past 2-3 days,they are missing. Whenever i go to the marketplace and search for any one of my packs,it dosent show that I have purchased them. Is this a bug?will it be fixed?cuz i think so because of
thr majority of people it is happening too.
