All Microsoft services not working on my laptop or xbox

It all started when Minecraft java edition just wasn't loading on my laptop. I'd open the launcher and it would just sit on the loading screen not doing anything. Tried closing and reopening the launcher multiple times, uninstalling and reinstalling the launcher, even doing a fresh boot and install of Minecraft completely, but none of it worked. Then, while I was trying that, I was having issues connecting to the Microsoft store to re-download the application. At that point, I decided to check my xbox to see if I was having the same issue (I'm logged in to the same Microsoft account on both devices), and sure enough, same issue. Wasn't connecting to the Microsoft store, and when I tried restarting my console, nothing worked after that. Tried testing it by opening the YouTube application, which resulted in the message "For some reason, YouTube has taken too long to load" with the error code 0x8027025a. Tried googling that error code and took all the troubleshooting steps to fix it, but it did nothing. Still having the same issue several hours and several console restarts later. Can't boot anything on my xbox and all Microsoft services on my laptop aren't working. I suspect there's an issue with my connection to the Microsoft servers, because this is happening on multiple devices. How do I fix this?

Hello Zephyr114, this is really weird because all services are operational, and on the Xbox website the status is only for Persona 5.

Try checking your network if possible to restart your mode/router and if possible make sure it doesn't require any firmware updates.

Why would it be my service when my iphone/ipad/tivo/laptop all work fine?

Your right tho it is the service, but not my end.

I've had the same issue for the last week. Xbox support and Microsoft support have been zero help. All of my drivers are up to date on my laptop. Factory reset my xbox, did a restore point on my laptop. Power cycled the router and xbox. Nothing works.

Streaming test comes back fine. I can hear the xbox audio on my laptop but I get a transparent screen on the companion app. No video at all. Worked fine a week ago.

I don't know what's happening with my computer so mine is more than just the Xbox PC app on my laptop it wont load Microsoft store, Cortana or a few other Microsoft apps.

it all kinda started after my laptop went to windows 11, for a brief while there on windows 10 all the apps were working but instantly after the update nothing worked. i got the laptop a few days ago so it shouldn't have these issues.

note: changing back to windows 10 did nothing

I have a new laptop with windows 10 pro preinstalled. As soon as I have started it it has updated to latest version.

I can't login and access with tha app "xbox one" , error (0x409), but I can login and access in rhe app "xbox smart glass". I have reinstalled the app with powershell and made sure all the services are running, I am the administrator of the laptop and signed
in with microsoft account, which is the same as the one I use for my xbox, in fact the smart glass app just signs in fine. and works

any solutions?
