All items disappeared from queue

all items paused in the queued section have disappeared following the latest update. Unable to start those games as nowhere to unpause them..

Far Cry 4 not downloading properly

Tried downloading it overnight. I woke up and it was only 28% done. It then disappeared from my queue so I started to download again this am. It made it up to 34%, I was able to play prologue before I reached the limits of what had already downloaded and
it disappeared from queue a second time.

Both times it disappeared from queue it restarted from scratch.

I have slow internet, so the slow download speed is normal. But in the past if I've lost connection, the download would pick up from where it left off.

GoW 2 disappeared from queue

Hey Microsoft. Would you like to respond? It's been over a week. I'd love to play some GoW2. Funny how you had the staff take the time to move my post to a different forum, but had nothing to say about my problem.

It would also, help us out to know all the troubleshooting steps you have attempted so far. Let us know these details, and we will try our best to resolve this issue.

From the download queue, select "Download All Items" and it will change the current console to your primary console. Once you do this, this message will go away and items queued from the website will be sent to the correct console.

When you have something in your download queue, you should have 2 options: One to download just the selected item; and another to download all items. Even if there is only a single item in the queue, you want to select the second option to download all items.
This will then associate your gamertag with your new console so that items will be automatically downloaded to it.

If you manage to download it then its in your download queue that doesn't disappear

You said yourself you cannot queue it

.if you cannot and are asked to pay for it them you are trying to qeueue it from the marketplace as stated they turned off the flag

You must queue it from your download queue

Seeing as you domt have it on your transaction history then you mever queued it
