    After the most recent update gave me a black screen , I performed the factory reset and it worked. Now I can't access game pass - error screen , storage , microsoft store wont download, but the home screen works perfect and Im signed in with all my rewards and gamerpoints ? I can't even get xbox support .

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    May I ask what is the error that you're getting on your screen?

    Please perform a power cycle as well to possibly fix the issue.

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    @ ms gunslinger this guy is wrong i used all other storage methods and nothing worked n i feel u because it happend to me after the re-up i have since stopped play gears and only play mw3 witch has not given any problems yet good luck i know how u feel

    If you didn't save your file onto a USB stick or use the cloud storage, then there's nothing you can do.
