All installed games aren't showing

When I go to my games and apps, the page is entirely empty. The filter is set to all games on all storage and the console says that I've used 98.4% of my 1.5 TB of storage. I'm missing like 100 games and I have no space to reinstall them because the storage
is still full. Any thoughts?

Thank you for coming to the Forum to get help with this issue

I have encountered this issue many times. First option is always to try a hard reset and then when you turn your Xbox back on watch to see if the External Hard drive pops up as being located, then go into games and recheck. The second, thing to try is to
turn off your xbox unplugging just your external hard drive and then starting up again your Xbox and see if any games appear. Then of course reconnect your external HDD.

When the external is unplugged and you check your games and apps, check your storage please. If it is above 90%, I would highly recommend you move a lot of your games to your external as you never want to fill then internal or any HDD to the max.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend to first
power cycle the console. Once it is back on, then see if they all show. Are all these games on an external drive? It is possible the external is going bad or not being recognized correctly. If it continues can try reformatting the external on a PC then
reinstall the games on the hard drive.

Have you tried looking in the game pass section? There should be the halo mcc and you should see the install button

Anyway i think you may need to switch the sectiona you see in the upper part of the screen when you are under games and apps?

Another way to install would be to go back to the MCC game in the Xbox Store on the console. Hopefully you will see a message saying you own this game and an option to install it. I find some of my older games don’t let me download from ready to install
section.

Hello! Okay, so your Xbox might need a " Power Wash Cycle Restart ", which is by holding the Xbox symbol on your Xbox for 10 or more seconds until it completely shuts off, and then turn it on. Also, if you bought the game and it shows under your Microsoft
account, the much easier option is to go back to the Microsoft Store, and hit the install button. If you need more questions, visit the link ( Xbox support ).
