All games keep crashing mostly during startup, if I make it past that it will crash during...

I think at this point if you want these games to behave like normal PC games from everywhere else - then you'll need to purchase them from other stores. The XboxPC app is still in beta - and while it's great for trying out some new games - there are enough
reasons (some you mentioned above) to not purchase the games from the MS Store.

Meanwhile - I'd uninstall the Xbox app completely and then launch the Store app and login using each one of your accounts and click on the downloads and updates section. That will let you know which applications you have installed per account. Also, if
you are logging into Windows with one of those logins - then you may want to consider logging out of that and changing your profile to local only.

(If anything just to get a sense of what is associated with each account).

Hopefully, you have multiple drives/volumes and not everything on just the C:\. I'd suggest creating a separate volume specifically for the XboxPC games and install them to that drive only. If you have different games associated with different accounts
then they won't appear or work until you are logged in with the associated account. So you could find yourself on one computer with 5 different games physically installed, but each one only visible and playable depending on which account is logged into the
Store/XboxPC app. I think technically, you could have a different MS account logged into Windows, a different one for the Store, and a different one for the XboxPC app - but you will get lots of notices about how that should be corrected.

Whats wierd now is that I went ahead and purchased the game instead of using the Xbox Game pass Ultimate and it hasent crashed yet. So I'm not sure if it is just the beta or what. Also now all my saved game data is gone after purchasing it. Do you know
the path for the saved game data so I can transfer it?

Maybe something is corrupted in your environment, check if all drivers are updated and if you have enough time, reset your Windows installation.

I fixed the problem but sadly I had to purchase the programs on Steam for them to work properly. Idk what the Microsoft store is doing in terms of downloading products but none of my games work on there including all games that were bought months if not
years ago. I have multiple different accounts for some reason but I tried each game attached to the accounts and similar crashing and not starting issue with all of them. So sadly I'm going to ask for a refund for the recent game purchases and pass purchases
because Nothing works.
