All Games just mysteriously disappeared

30 game just mysteriouly uninstalled themselves from my onex this evening. I was playing earlier today,no issues.Come back this

evening and games are just not here. Oh there still on home page but just not playable. Support? Joke. I hope they all crumble

Funny enough, all of my lost achievements have now been restored as mysteriously as they disappeared.

Indeed! It all came back around 10pm EST last night as mysteriously as it disappeared. That was a very strange day and it had phone support scratching their heads as well. Anyhow, thanks for trying to help!

Is it possible you changed the filter and they aren't showing. With the new update it has changed my games and apps around a little. Personally , my console has factory reset itself also. I had to reinstall everything.

Another issue could be with any external hard drive / SSD / SD/ Micro SD. Always check any drives you have installed.

 

Have you already tried
power cycling the console? I've had games vanish in the past on me as well, but a simple hard reset/power cycle resolved the issue for me. If you're using an external. Unplug it from the console before you hard reset, and then plug it back in after.
