    all games are gone but apps are fine


    So I was out doing something while my partner was in bed. She calls me saying the Xbox shut down and all the games are gone.

    All my games have been deleted and I don't know how. All the apps I have are still installed like YouTube and Netflix.

    Was it done by the Xbox somehow or her?

    She says she didn't do anything but I have no clue.

    Hello there! For this case, we suggest to refresh the hard drive, you can press the guide button then the options button on the games and apps link it'll give you the option to refresh it.

    In this case, our suggestion here, attempt a Soft Factory Rest Xbox Support by selecting the following:
    Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

    I am having problems with Full Library and Xbox Store

    I selected to reset and keep all games and apps but when I loaded in, all of my games and apps were gone, Full Library does not work, and now I don't even have the option to download games through the store. Basically it's all gone.
