    All game pass and EA play games freeze and crash after a minute of being launched


    I have factory reset my pc twice, updated all my drivers, checked for malware, looked up every fix I could find and nothing works. This started happening extremely

    recently for no particular reason and I just cant seem to fix it.

    try downloading memtest, looks to be a memory issue, also test your hdd/ssd too. looks to be a hardware issue.

    I ran memtest and there were no hardware issues found, I also ran multiple programs to check the health of all my hardware and all of them said there were no problems

    Yes the game loads, it does not crash or freeze, it says disc is unreadable, please clean with a soft cloth after about 5 / 10 minutes of playing thr game.His console plays OK with Call of Duty.
