    All friends appearing offline


    Whenever I go to my friends list it shows that all my friends are appearing offline even if they’re not and I can’t play with them. All my security and online settings are “open” and I even tried to reset my console (SX) but nothing has changed. Internet settings are ok and NAT is open.

    Can someone explain to me what the problem might be?

    Same here. They show up on my 360, but, not on x1 console or x1 smartglass. I have reset my console and router several times, no luck. Please look into this.
