All friends appear offline

Microsoft starting today and possibly last night all of my friends appear offline I have fixed settings, tried restarting and resetting my x box one I have tried my network connections and nothing seems to work. No matter what I do I cannot see any of my
friends as online even when they are online. My friend was able to invite me to a party and when I tried to join his fireteam in destiny 2 it wouldn't let me because he was apparently "offline." Which is clearly not true because I was in a party with him at
the time. Not one of my friends appears online now and it is really messing up my multiplayer activity I demand an explanation and or a solution for this frustrating problem.

Hi,

The Xbox app on Windows 10 keeps showing my friends as offline, even though they are 100% sure online.

When i check the Xbox app on my phone or my Xbox One itself it does show them being online.

In the network settings it says server connectivity is connected, but my NAT type is moderate.

I've tried finding information about this problem and how to fix it, but haven't been able to find any solution.

Hopefully one of you knows what to do...

Step 3: Delete Temporary files. This will help delete temporary files that have been stored on your computer.

1. Click Start and click Settings.
2. Select System.
3. Select Storage.
4. Select This PC.
5. Click Temporary files.
6. Choose Temporary files.
7. Click Remove files.

Step 4: Reset Xbox app from Settings.

1. Click Start and click Settings.
2. Select System.
3. Select Apps & features.
4. Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options.
5. Click Reset. Restart your device so that the changes can take effect. Launch the Xbox app.
