    All data lost on several games, just wiped clean.


    All data for forza horizon 4 and 5 amongst other games gone, Forza says, To play this game, you will need to buy it ( I have xbox gamepass) Either your purchase was refunded or your preorder was cancelled, if you didn't cancel it, make sure that your payment info is current in settings ( it is) (0x803f8007) small triangle on each game where data is completely gone, years of progress gone.

    I just had the same thing happen! Used mine (xbox said it was OK) for months. Worked fine yesterday, in fact, I put it in and it looked OK. Signed in, the 360 locks up on xbox sign in and now it doesn't show up at all.

    When I put it in my PC it sees the xbox container files but the 360 doesn't see them. Had a ton of saves on it and my profile I'd like to get back, I move it between my 360s...

    Did you configure the USB drive before using it to transfer data? I only ask because I'm not sure what might have happened while you loading data onto it (unless you hit the capacity on it, which might have caused an issue).

    As for your data and DLC, all DLC can be downloaded again via the 'Download History' menu, which is listed under your profile in the 'My Xbox' channel of the dashboard. The save data, on the other hand, may be lost, if it's not showing either on the USB or
    the HDD.

    Last week my console was the same, I had to do a wipe on games that are stopped on the hd, cleaned the capture part videos / prints, wiped the cache and logged out again, just working, try to do on your console maybe Right, remembering that saves and data
    are saved to the cloud profile, so game progress won't miss, good luck!

    Try the less severe factory reset.

    Home button, gear icon, all settings, settings, system, console info, reset, reset and keep games/apps.

    If that doesn't work you should try the other option, but it will fully wipe all data.
