All collections gone

    All collections gone


    Had the error issue with Jigsaw puzzles. The game comes up today, but all my puzzles and collections are gone....

    I had over 200,000 points and 60+ jigsaw collections purchased, but they are all gone but a few collections and a few points. All my hard work, gone. I've logged out and back in. I've restarted numerous times to no avail. Very Disappointing!

    11/3/14 UPDATE JUST WIPED ALL MY DATA!!!

    Mine too! I had 38k gold yesterday and a bunch of downloaded collections. Today I only have 2400 gold and almost all of my downloaded collections are gone!

    WTF Microsoft???? I paid for the premium version and it has lost my collections twice now...

    all my jigsaw puzzle collection are gone and new collections will not load

    I've got the same problem! I go to the Download Collections page and it shows they are downloaded, but no puzzles are showing up.

    I also had this happen to me yesterday. I was so upset. 46 red and all my unlocks, collectibles....gone! Can I get some help!!!!

    Didn't receive an achivement

    I didn't cheat I have checked it over and over again I didn't correct it's collect all intel intel in the campaign I have gone through every level in the campaign at least 9 times and checked if I have gotten all intel on each level which was complete everyone
    had max intel collect
