    Hi AbelCannon2,

    Typically the way you would close an app is by pressing and holding the BACK button on your phone. This will bring up a window with all open screens and apps, from there you will be given the option to close them individually by the "X" icon. If this does
    not work, restarting your phone should close the app as it is not a necessary start up item.

    MyTaptiles app will not open. Every time I try to open this app it closes and opens the last thing I had up.

    Yup. It doesn't work once you open the TV app. Even if you close the TV app, the HDCP is still enabled. It's like it isn't properly closing when the app does.
