All clubs are not user freindly when I request to join.

When joining a club, you will find the club you want to join and request to join. The Owner/Admin will see the request and accept it. What they base them accepting your request off of is up to them. You can always send the owner a message saying you request
to join and why as well. You will need an active gold membership to join

People make their own clubs all the time. Depending on how busy they are it can take time to be added into the club by an admin. There is no guarantee you will be accepted into clubs.

Thanks for coming to the forums. You do need an Xbox live subscription to join clubs as these communicate through message or party chat. There are Forza Horizon specific clubs. You can view the link for

clubs and looking for group posts it gives a lot of information about them.

Please take into account that different clubs are open to different kinds of people, try finding one that suits you best!

You do need a Gold subscription if you want to play online or join a Party so you will need gold to join Clubs

Xbox has no control over who the clubs let it. This is because the community itself runs the clubs.

They are allowed to do so if they follow the Xbox guidelines and TOS.
