All Cars Achievements badges affinity all gone forza 5 after beta update then to regular update

Microsoft asked me to type this the beta erased every achievement every badge every car every last thing from forza 5 I was completely done with the game 98% completely literally owned every car basically I even had the badge not just for show race 10 of
your own Ferrari's well please fix this the game doesn't show any of it but if you check my gamertag look under achievements in forza 5 it removed all of my achievements all of my cars everything from forza and started it like a new game, I literally owned
ever car check my profile and there idea of fixing it Microsoft support is to post it on here, so guys how do I get my game back to normal when in achievements there all there even the raced 10 of your own Ferraris but I dont own a single car
in the game now???

Forza 4 is a good game but has unfortunately turned for me just numb achievement hunting - I am working on getting my Audi affinity to level 50 and I need to buy all the Ferraris and getting 5 most expensive cars. Also "get gold medals on every race on every
track" is a B**CH achievement to get - luckily there are hired drivers that can be used to get it while I do something else on my laptop.

 

Can someone please reply to this that is actually fixing the problem they told me 24hrs it would be fine
