All Captures Disappeared

Discus and support All Captures Disappeared in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; All of my captures have disappeared.     All Captures Disappeared


    All of my captures have disappeared. I haven't changed any settings but I know that it happened at the same time that my profile's Gamerscore Leaderboard went into a new month. All captures have disappeared from both my xbox one profile page and also when
    logged in online. I have power cycled my xbox etc but that hasn't changed anything.

    Not sure if it's related but about 6 weeks ago my entire activity feed disappeared. So within a couple of months, both my entire activity feed and every single capture have all disappeared. Surely I can't be the only person this has happened to. Assistance
    would be most appreciated by anyone.

    My Profile is no longer appearing my captures I made several captures disappeared from my Activity Feed one of them is Rainbow six with more than 2mil likes I would like to know the reason that disappeared her and the other catches of my Feed

    Captures on Xbox disappearing

    Many of my more recent captures have disappeared in the "On This Xbox" tab as well as the "On Xbox Live" one. Does anyone know the reason why?

    Screen captures lost while offline

    Well apparently that's not correct, unless it simply wasn't saving any of my captures at all while I was offline, which I had no way to check because it's impossible to view captures while offline, but it always said the captures were saved successfully. No system reset was performed except for the system update once I had internet again, which appears to be when the system erased all the captures. I'm not even the only one to have this problem of locally stored captures disappearing.

    All textures are affected. You can’t really see it in the 720p youtube capture. But I can assure that all textures got the squares pattern. In some cut scenes they disappear, I think because the they are pre-rendered.

    Hello Jayda H, my name is zahir.

    I am sorry to hear this. Please advise which system you are using, for example is it a pc or xbox, please include more information so i can assist you to the best of my ability.

    If you are using xbox then you can always upload those captures to cloud,
    Automatic uploading is standard, but in case you need to turn it on, press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then go to Profile & system > Settings > Preferences > Capture & share > Automatically upload.

    I await more information from you so i can help better.

    Same problem here. I've captured a few cows and pigs, saved my game, and when I wander off they disappear.

    @TheHooiganTX Thanks for the suggestion about the privacy settings. I've had a look and everything is set to as open as possible.

    Also Upload Studio was already installed. I don't have an app called Game DVR.
