All American nightmare code never came

I preordered quantum break 10 days ago today and still haven't received my alan wake all American nightmare code...is there a way to find out when my code will come or if there's an issue

I've pre-ordered the game the 21st of February and I have never received the Alan Wake (Signal/Writer DLC), AW, American Nightmare neither the Windows PC Code.

I thought that the AW: American Nightmare code should already be sent but I've never received it.

 

I have found my codes tend to arrive upto a few weeks from when the game is released. Best suggestion would be to wait untill the game has come out, if you don't receive your codes within 4 weeks contact account support.

 

Thanks for your input, the code was supposed to be sent within 7-10 days it was honestly the only reason I reserved the game, support told me to call tomorrow of I do not receive it today so fingers crossed
