All achievements from Wolfenstein New Order don't unlock

Well, looks like it's not just with WNO, as I finished this game, I started to play Wolfestein The Old Blood and the same problem, the achievements are not unlocking.

• Since you are now on chapter 5 on this game, may we know when did you have just played this game?
  
• In regards with achievements, is this only happening on this specific game Wolfenstein New Order or is it happening in all of your other games as well on achievements?
  

We are just here to double check if this is just happening on a specific game or onto all of the others so that we can isolate on this deeper and see if this issue is pertaining to game specific issues in regards with achievements.

First and foremost, I would like to ask if you have tried any troubleshooting steps so far on trying to unlock this achievement? If not, I would suggest you try the following steps:



1. Check for updates: Ensure that your game is up to date with the latest updates. You can check for updates by going to "My games & apps" and selecting "Updates" from the menu.



2. Clear the cache: Clearing the cache on your Xbox console can help sometimes help with achievements not unlocking. To do this, press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to fully power it off. Then unplug the power cord from the back of the console and wait for 10 seconds before plugging it back in and turning the console back on.



3. Check your Xbox Live account: Ensure that your Xbox Live account is in good standing and that you are signed into the correct account. You can check your account status by going to the Xbox Live Status page.

Unlike achievements, challenges must be completed within a set amount of time. You have weeks, months or just hours to complete the challenge-the description of the challenge will have more details. If you don't complete a challenge within the given timeframe, you won't receive a reward.

Completed achievements that are pending confirmation from the Xbox network are listed as "Done! Unlocking." This means the achievement will be processed in the order that it was sent to the Xbox service, and it might take some time to be confirmed. Thank you for replying and responding on this thread, we appreciate the efforts on giving time. For now, it seems like still the game with the different version of Wolfenstein and still issue do still persist on the achievements. For now, it seems like that it is really having issues within the game itself. For now, you can try to reach out to Bethesda Support since we double checked that the game land and website for MachineGames lands to Bethesda which is the game developer of your game and let them know that you have issues with achievements as well.

Ok, here we go

- First of all, I'm playing on PC, I forgot to stat this in the question itself;

- This is happening just in this game, since I unlocked a achievement in another game here

- I played this game 3 days so far. 20, 21 and 22 of this month

- The game is updated, just checked it

- How do I clear the cache on PC? Is there a way?

- I'm logged in the right account and everything is ok with it, since in my Xbox everything is working fine, is just this game on my PC

Thank you for responding on this thread, we do appreciate the efforts on replying back. For now, it seems like there are ways on your achievements to reflect and as well as it is only happening on this specific game and not on all of your other games as well. As it turns out, we do have limited resources here on finding the main reason to why the achievements is not reflecting. What I just want to suggest for now is for you to try to reach out to the "MachineGames" since it is the Game Developer of Wolfenstein New Order.

It's best to work with them as they have the necessary tools to further investigate the issue and provide you with a timely resolution with your concern.
