All Achievements and Challenges not unlocking can anyone help?

hi a few days ago everything just stopped i am not getting achievements anymore. they are not unlocking or updating. I am online with a valid internet connection and i am signed in I do not know what go do. i was wondering if it was a Cloud Microsoft online
thing that might sort itself out. we just got a huge snowstorm here in MA and i was wondering if the weather may have affected their server

these are the games nothing i have earned has unlocked

Ryse - almost half the campaign and some multiplayer ones as well as the weekly challenges this was the first game i noticed the issues

Forza - the basic achievements are not updating (how many medals, passes, etc) i decided not to play any further

Marvel Lego- the monthly challenge is not updating and stage achievements I decided not to play any further

Call of Duty- I went back and tried to earn a few i missed on the first play through and nothing unlocked

does anyone have any ideas?

Achievement Counters Not Working

I just started having issues with achievements not unlocking. Should have gotten the silver daily challenge achievement, but the counter remained at 9 / 10.

Also having issues with Mahjong achievements not unlocking.

Achievements app wont open - error code 0x87c40011

Achievements still not unlocking and challenges reset whilst playing shadow of mordor, all that grinding was in vain. Hope this issue gets sorted soon MS!

No one knows how to fix these glitched achievements. It's Microsoft's cloud servers that are at fault. I have three glitched achievements on two different games.

thanks i guess i will have to keep waiting it sucks all my games are doing it now i hope they can fix it soon

You’ve completed all the required elements to unlock the achievement.

Completed achievements that are pending confirmation from the Xbox network are listed as "Done! Unlocking." This means the achievement will be processed in the order that it was sent to the Xbox service, and it might take some time to be confirmed.

If you meet the requirements to complete the achievement or challenge, but you don't see the “toast” icon or the achievement isn't listed, try the solutions below.

Your console must be connected to the Xbox network. To complete challenges and unlock achievements, your Xbox console can’t be set to offline.
