    Is there any way to stop my Xbox from being flagged? I made too many accounts on accident out of confusion. Oops.

    All i need is a solution. Do i need to wait a couple days/weeks?

    Hi there.

    Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your account. If the recovery process, Lost password solution (Link) does not
    work for you, there is also information on how to get in touch with Support by chat or phone. They should be able to help you out.

    All sorted - suspected fruad - account locked down. All cleared up, lock lifted all good :)

    The phone support I recieved was excellent btw.

    Securing the parental restart

    Nearly all requests for parental lock are kids trying to bypass the parental lock. The reset is easy and painless when signing into the microsoft account of the parent who created the lock code.

    Cannot download Gears 1 and 3 codes

    Region locking is the issue actually. Not all of the Gears games are region locked which is why some will work, but not all. Gears 1 is not available for download in Germany so it won't work. Gears 3 should work if you set your account region to Germany.
    Your account region has to match your physical location in order to download region locked games.
