    What exactly is the benefit of the All Access "upgrade option"? Per the terms and conditions, I have to purchase a new 24 month subscription when i trade in my old console and the payments "may be higher".

    Wouldn't it be better for me to just sell my old console on eBay then sign a new contract for the series x when it comes out?

    Not really sure what's special about an "upgrade option" when anyone can just sell their old console and buy the new one. Doesn't everyone with an xbox effectively have the "option" to "upgrade"?

    The All Access is so you can get an Xbox One now and then upgrade to a Series X when it's released basically. So you wouldn't get the option to purchase the Series X yet.

    That was actually a different All Access plan that would allow you to upgrade to a One X. It's completely separate from the Series X All Access option which wasn't made available until the end of 2019.

    I'd like to keep the All access (since I have 1 year of gamepass left), and upgrade my console to the X series. I just didn't see any specific trading options for S to X Series.

    Dying Light 2 only 30 fps on Series S... What a disgrace!

    Dying Light 2 is a big game and highly anticipated. Series S owners are paying a next-gen price for the game and will wonder why they're only getting a last gen 30 fps performance.
    Remember, you're not stuck with the Series S version. When availability gets better you can always exchange your S for an X. When you upgrade, you'll get access to all the Series X features for this and other games.

    I upgraded my Series S for an X.
