All access series X no ultimate code supplied ( canada and EB GAMES)

looking for some help and thoughts.

got my series X on launch day ( so far so good), had live/ultimate since the original xbox days but expected to get a code to activate the all access that I'm going to be paying for very soon.

so far EB games have snubbed me for 2 weeks solid now, I'm guessing they verify with MS that the system is good to go and hook it up with the code?, is this the case or does anyone think there are other avenues i might try to sort this mess out?

I'm still paying my monthly fee at the moment.

thanks for the quick reply ( much quicker and more helpful than Eb games have been!).

I didnt see any of the redeem options setting this one up, it did offer to import my settings which I did.do you think a full reset will bring up the option?

The Ultimate is supposed to be supplied via digital direct. It should have offered you the chance to redeem it when setting up the console, but you can find instructions on how to get to it after that here - https://www.xbox.com/consoles/digital-direct

If not, then that typically means the serial number of your console was not added to your order which would basically signal them to add the code to it. EB should be the ones to add it, but you may want to try contacting Citizens One to see if they can do
anything.

If it's not shown in the settings as explained on the digital direct page, I'm not sure a reset would fix the issue, but you could always try.

Yup I had same issue XBOX All Access Series X Best Buy Canada Online Purchase, Purchased on Aug 25 2022, I just checked now September 4th I was finally able to Redeem my 24 month Ultimate Game Pass....

Most likely an error on Game's website... it's still down i guess...

The series X is:

449£ for the Standalone.
695£ in total for the one with 24 months of Game Pass Ultimate (All Access) (28.99£ pr. month of 24 months)

And the series S is:

249£ for the Standalone.
504£ in total for the one with 24 months of Game Pass Ultimate (All Access) (20.99£ pr. month of 24 months)

So the 24 months of Game Pass Ultimate will cost you around 250£ with All Access.
