    I need help with the Xbox all access but I got an Xbox series x from Walmart and I know you have to citizenspay or whatever is call but haven’t been charged for anything yet and tells I’m setup for autopay and I have but I should be charged 4/1/2022 and I check my bank and there is nothing that been charged to me so if I could get sum feedback on this or if you are doing all access thing help me make payment

    Reoccuring monthly payment means no xbox for 24 hours

    That's not accurate. Unless there's a payment issue, you won't lose access at all.

    Just to be clear, you are on the payment plan and didn’t just buy one right? Game Pass only comes with the All Access payment plan

    Did you get an all access console ?

    Unless you purchase a console with all access payment plan you can't get 24nonths as that's part of the all access

    If you paid upfront for your console then they don't come with 24months

    Your all access gamepass ultimate is linked to your account NOT JUST the console
