All Access Pass

Unfortunatly I won’t have an oppurtunity to be on hold all day til this weekend. The only thing I can add is I’ve found other sites where other folk are having the same issue. And getting the same run around to no avail.

There’s another reply in this thread where someone got somewhere with citizen one, or what ever the hell their name is. That is the most resolution I’ve seen anyone get so far. And even then the proplem didn’t get fixed.

There dosen’t seem to be a clear solution as of yet.

I called the credit company and they just referred me back to Microsoft. have you had any luck? I was supposed to get a call back today at 4 but still haven't heard anything.

Ive had the exact same issue, and I’m finding more and more posts of people having the same issue. Just like op I did not recive the pass on my series S, and there isnt even an option to download digital content anywhere in the settings. Neither of the guides
Xbox put out for downloading the pass were accurate at all. And just like op I found info that says to call the credit company. So, i really hope someone can actually resolve this and share the solution, because I imagine we’re gonna be seeing this more and
more.

edit: Just to add, mine was not a pre order, and was purchased from Target.

I am having the same issue. I spoke with Citizen's One today and they connected me to a separate department that seems to only deal in all access. I had to give the agent my SN and it took her a while, but she said that the SN wasn't linked to my account
somehow. But she said she fixed it, but I'm still having no luck redeeming the ultimate game pass.
