Alienware Startup Problems

The keyboard lights turn on every time I turn on or boot up my laptop (Alienware 17 R2), but the screen stays black, and I hear 5 very loud beep sounds coming from the small speaker every time I turn the laptop on. Is there anyone who knows how to fix this problem?

From what you are telling me about the 5 beeps it seems to be the error Real-Time Clock failure, to fix it you must reseat or replace the coin cell battery of your laptop.

You need call the Alienware Support and report this problem because this problem is more Alienware Command Center App, they need implement this support in the Alienware App

alienware pure garbage as i write using an alienware m11x.doesn't even support BF3.so called "gaming laptop".
