Alien: Isolation

Aimed for whoever wanted to give me 1 star for my opinion on a game that never lives up to the hype...someone on here got too much time on there hands.

 

i doubt this is worth more then a rental...seriously.

 

Colonial Marines....was OK actually.

 

ALIENS: CM is a joke. Playing it 4p coop that also adds 3 or more AI character help and you will feel bad for the aliens

 

As much as I like Aliens I'll wait on this one, apart from Alien Vs Predator none of the games have been very good, Alien Trilogy on the Playstation was not too bad, but AvP on the Jaguar was great, so,,, caution from me this time.

That's what I'm thinking. The game looks good, but you'll need to kill something eventually. They should have it be a big build up to the Alien. If they do, what is going to kill you until then? I hope it doesn't turn out boring, but I have a feeling it will.

Maybe it will be a short game like 4 or 5 hours.

 

If people just want the standard game of killing things then it's probably best sticking with games like Call of Duty. Me, well I'm up for something a little different and new.

But they did say there are other threats you encounter but haven't been given away yet, but for me I just hope the atmosphere and tension is done right, not all games should be all about the killing and that aspect of this game is what makes me interested in
it a bit more.

 

After watching that gameplay clip I have to say I'm a bit more interested and will be looking forward to more info.

 

i actually got a little tense at the end when they made the run for the airlock. and i laughed when they said this developer had nothing to do with the last few Alien games.

So your telling people like me to go play COD...but i hate COD so what do you have to say now???? and the last alien game totally sucked cuzz thats all you would do is just kill the aliens over and over like they were mindless cats going after there milk
lmao... The game looks promising but if there is NO combat other than killing the alien off some how at the end than i will pass on it.....I prefer a slower paced game like this but theres gotta be some kind of combat in between the slow parts...it cant be
all slow until the end when you kill the thing....im sure there will be some kind of obsticles you will have to go through to make it out alive which will keep the game fun for me at a lot of other people.

 

i hope they've fixed Ripley's arms/wrists by the time it's released. they look like pinochio's.
