    Okay so, I accedentally deleted my alias used for my xbox live account.

    And I've seen people saging that I have to wait 30 days to recover it.

    But then there's people saying that after 30 days all the info with your mail will be lost.

    So if that is the case, won't I ve able to log in to my xbox account using that mail even if it has gone 30 days??

    Please let me know, I've had my account for 6 years and spent alot of hours on there, and thousands of dollars.

    You have to wait 30 days to link a new email to your account if you need more info read here.

    Console won't let me log in: 'This Email Address Or Password Is Invalid.

    Patrat: I haven't got an alias, and yes the email is the same on that screen as that which appeared on my mate's console.

    None at all?

    That would be a problem.... You need to have an alias to sign in. Normaly your alias is your email. If you have 2 aliases you run in to problems some times. If you have none you will also run in to problems.

    Add your email address to the aliases and try again.
