    I haven't received the codes for either Quantum Break on W10 or Alan Wake/Alan Wake's American Nightmare on Xbox 360.

    Did you get the disc version of Quantum Break with the Xbox One bundle you purchased, or did it come with a digital code?

    The disc version of Quantum Break is not eligible for this offer, and the redemption code must have been redeemed on your Xbox Live account before April 4th 2016 in order to receive this offer. For further information, please check our

    Thanks a lot but I just did get a digital code after April 4th 2016.When I placed the order，thehe microsoft email said my download code for Alan Wake's American Nightmare for Xbox 360 playable on Xbox One will be delivered to my email address by April 18,
    2016 . But I have not received it until now.

    I haven't received the Alan Wake code either. I checked the shop again and Alan Wake is part of the sale while American Nightmare was the preorder.

    Just to clarify, the only codes that have been sent out are for Alan Wake: American Nightmare. Codes for Alan Wake will be sent out 7-10 days after the release of Quantum Break. If you have not received a code for American Nightmare, be sure to let us know.
