Alan Wake prepaid code (bundle)

Hello, i bought bundle here in Austria with Quantum Break and Alan Wake games. My billing region on my account is set to Slovakia, although i tried switching region on console but it didnt make Alan Wake code work anyway. Quantum Break worked, and downloaded
the game just fine. What should I do?

Purchased the Quantum Break / Alan Wake bundle and the alan wake code doesn't work. I put in the code and it says I need to redeem the code on another website. How do I get the code to work on my Xbox One?

Mister Beep, in my case is the code included in the Xbox One Bundle: Quantum Break + Alan Wake

 

If you're in Austria, you need to migrate your account region to Austria in order to download the game.

support.xbox.com/.../change-region Xbox One games are not region locked which is why Quantum Break downloaded fine, but Alan Wake is region locked. Since your account region was set to a region that is not supported by Live, that's what is causing the
issue.

 

Well this pops up "There is a problem with the completion of the transfer of the account. On the support page changes the field , make sure that you can move your account and try again later." Every time i try.

 

Okey so i just created another Austrian account and ive redeemed code in there, and that made it available to download game with my original account as well.
