I have not received my pre-order code. Please pass this along as soon as possible, as I also had to wait 19 days to receive my Dark Souls code.

I pre-ordered a digital copy of Quantum Break and I have not received the advertised pre-order bonus codes for Alan Wake: American Nightmare, Alan Wake (+DLC), or the Win10 version of Quantum Break.

Missing all pre-order bonus materials from Quantum Break

Hello, I pre-ordered Quantum Break on XBOX ONE on Purchase Date Friday, April 01, 2016, However I never received any of the pre-order bonuses for the game.

Missing items:

QB for PC

Alan Wake: American Nightmare

Alan Wake (base game)

Alan Wake “The Writer” content

Alan Wake “The Signal” content

When did you purchase Quantum Break? Keep in mind that the codes take 7-10 days to send after purchase.

I understand. I purchased this 9 Days ago. I am sending this in because I had also pre-ordered Dark souls and waited 19 days! for my code.

I think if I give Microsoft money for both games early I should receive the codes in the time that was provided.

I pre ordered quantum break and did not receive my Alan Wake American Nightmare bonus and and i waited 7-10 days. I pre ordered through microsoft store and it said you will receive bonus.

Alan Wake is just a bonus for buying Quantum Break. American Nightmare is the pre-order bonus. Either way, it's going to be backwards compatible sometime in the very near future.

Alan Wakes American Nightmare should be available as a bc game today,which was an arcade game.
