Alan wake code does not work

Hello ,
This is actually I have a problem with the
Alan Wake game. Recently I bought the physical version of the Quantum break game with the Alan Wake code included in it. Unfortunately, when I enter the code in the store at the Xbox one level, I am told that there is a problem and that it is useful to wait a little. Of course the code is good since we put the summary of my gain namely Alan Wake before the error mentioned above. Note that I have already tried to enter the code on the Xbox site and the Android application without success. I hope you can resolve the problem

finally I solved the problem. I created a new account and tried the code in it and miraculously it worked. So for those who have the same problem I hope it can help them

Alan Wake was delisted a while ago. That could cause some issues since it's no longer available in the marketplace.
