    Hi Guys,

    I have just been chatting with Xbox Live Support, and I was referred to post a thread regarding the codes for Alan Wake, and Alan Wake's American Nightmare have yet to be delivered for my Quantum Break pre-purchase. The transaction was completed on 2/19/2016
    and the codes are yet to be delivered to my message center.

    I have not received any codes after 10 days and was directed here by Xbox Support.

    Promotion Details    : Quantum Break preorder was supposed to include these game codes: Alan Wake, Alan Wake's American Nightmare, and a Quantum Break Windows 10 code.

    Date of Purchase: I purchased Quantum Break from the digital store on 4/4 by selecting an advertisement for the pre-order on the Home screen

    Promo Item(s): Alan Wake, Alan Wake's American Nightmare, and a Quantum Break Windows 10 code.

    Microsoft sent me only Alan Wake 's American Nightmare code , but I also have the right to play Alan Wake

    I bought the Quantum Break in pre sale, had not received the Alan Wake code. Microsoft sent me the Alan Wake's American Nightmare code but have not received the code from the main campaign of Alan Wake.

    I haven't received the Alan Wake code either. I checked the shop again and Alan Wake is part of the sale while American Nightmare was the preorder.
