Leider bist Du auf eine Betrügermasche bei diesen Key-Seller Seiten reingefallen.

Die Verkäufer wissen, dass Microsoft (und andere Spiele-Stores) keine Informationen zu benutzten Keys herausgeben.

Daher können die Verkäufer auf der Plattform dem Plattformbetreiber angeben, dass sie Dich zur Schlichtung kontaktiert haben, aber DU derjenige bist, der die nötigen Infos für die Rückerstattung nicht geliefert hat. Nachdem der Fall dann geschlossen wurde,
und Du kein Geld mehr siehst, nehmen sie den benutzten Code, und verkaufen den an einen weiteren "Dummen".

Auch wenn die Preise verlockend sind: Kaufe nie bei Key-Seller Plattformen wie G4A, Kinguin, CD-Keys oder ähnlichen.

Das sind "nur" Plattformen wie Ebay oder Amazon Marketplace, wo beliebige Leute sich anmelden, und Keys anbieten, die dann jemand kaufen soll.

Meistens sind die Keys aber über gestohlene Kreditkarten gekauft, oder Presse/Medien Keys die nur für eine gewisse Zeit gültig sind, oder werden wie in Deinem Fall mehrfach verkauft.

Der Plattformbetreiber hält sich bei Problemen fein raus, da er ja "nur" die Plattform anbietet, bei denen ein Händler dann seine Keys anbietet.

Insofern kann Dir hier im Forum leider keiner helfen. Du könntest versuchen die Polizei oder einen Anwalt einzuschalten. Aber meistens kommen die Händler auch aus dem Ausland und sind so schwer greifbar.

That message leads me to believe that your account is being signed into elsewhere since an account can only be signed into the Xbox Live service on one device at a time. The message and the fact that you are getting logged out of the game and everything
is fixed once you log back into the Xbox, forcing the account to sign out from the other device it was signed into. Has your account been added to any other console's or PC's?

Best thing to do first is to make sure your account isn't being signed in by someone else on another device, and then changed your password to prevent signing in from another device.
