Hi,

I had the same issue as many others around witht the account of my younger one. I asked one of the friends of my teenage child.

The issue was no ability for Multiplayer connection in Mincraft.

Easy solution, never had thought about it:

Just go to the dataprotection setting in your Microsoft account and there you have to scroll down to the XBox Icon. CLick it and then you can choose the child account and change the settings.

Thousands of people have this same problem aka.ms/familyverify does not work and has not worked for months and months. Look at all the other threads on this exact issue, just do a search for aka.ms/familyverify, what does it take for Microsoft engineers to look at it? I work in security for a company ***PII removed*** but i can't really open a premier support ticket for this..........

Verify

We have the same issue. There is no error to report, just the message to verify when trying to set account limits and the link redirecting to the app store.

Why is this so hard to fix?

Exactly the SAME problem here. HOW DO WE FIX THAT? NOT WORKING! FIX IT!
