    Salut, bon l'histoire c'est que ma première Xbox de
    2 To     ma lâchée, le ventilateur étais brisé et
    ne ventilais plus la console donc j'en est commander un nouveau mais y arrivait pas avant 3-4 mois. Je m'en suis donc acheter
    une autre du même modelé mais de 500Go d'espace pour me dépanner. Je me suis dit
    ''bon bah je fait juste prendre le disque dur interne pour les échanger et booom sa vas fonctionner''. (parce que j'ai une connexion de m**** et sa me tentais pas de reloader 500 Go de jeux)

    Une fois fait, l'xbox avait détecter une anomalie et me proposais de
    RESET mon disque dur de 2 To donc sa marchais pas... j'ai du tout démonter pour remettre les 2 disque dur dans leur xbox d'origine. peu de temps après, j'ai eu la surprise de recevoir mon Ventilateur quasiment
    2 mois plus tôt, Merci Wish j'ai les donc remplacer et la viens mon problème... ;

    Tout mes jeux et DLC étais encore présent, seulement les comptes Xbox dessus on été enlever. je connais bien mon compte principale mais mes 2 secondaire ne marche plus... j'ai beau tapper
    TOUT les adresse Hotmail/Outlook/Gmail/Email que je suis sûr a 100% qui marche mais au finalement aucun résultat....

    Once done, the xbox had detected an anomaly and offered to RESET my 2TB hard drive so it didn't work ... I had to dismantle everything to put the 2 hard drives back in their original xbox. shortly after, I had the surprise
    to receive my Fan almost 2 months earlier, Thank you Wish I have to replace them and come my problem ...;

    All my games and DLC were still there, only the Xbox accounts on them were removed. I know my main account well but my secondary 2 does not work anymore ... I can type ALL the Hotmail / Outlook / Gmail / Email addresses
    that I am 100% sure that it works but ultimately no results ....]

    I'm sorry to hear about the parental control issues that you're having with Forza Horizon 4. First off, I recommend to try the following troubleshooting article: Uninstall
    / Reinstall Xbox Game     Perhaps by deleting your game and reinstalling it back onto your console will prevent that message from appearing.
