Agent Origins Pack MIA?

Hello, I had used my 25-digit code for my Agent Origins pack and figured the patch the division came out with would fix it to get my items but it didn't. Now I can't download the packs from the microsoft store or anything now.

I also do not have the pack even after redeeming a code. I redeemed the code a week ago, bought The Division a few days ago and there is no extra DLC for the Division other than the Hazmat Pack. Agent Origins Pack is not showing up in game either.

the Agent Origins website now says "this offer is expired" so thats alarming...

Sorry to hear about the issue! If you haven't already, I suggest trying a few steps to see if can access the Agent Origins pack:

• First check to see if you are able to see the content by going to the "Xbox Store" in the main menu of The Division.
  
• If you are able to see the Agent Origin pack, try installing it.
• If you are unable to see the content by following the steps above, navigate to the My Games & Apps tile on your Xbox One console.
  
• Select The Division under the games tab and press the Menu button.
• Select Manage Game and check for the content in the "Ready to Install" section.

Yeah I searched last night and then again this morning through the store, manage game options (took me back to the store in the end) and through my apps and games. Its disappeared.

 

Thanks for checking for us, Duckie! Did you happen to redeem your Agent Origins while you were playing The Division Beta, and then uninstall that?

 

Aw man, you know what, I did install it when I had the Beta and just recently I deleted the Beta because I had the game. It was like two or three days ago when I deleted the Beta lol

 

Same experience here. Code doesn't work, cycling power doesn't work, no items at the reward vendor in the BoO, nothing in the XB store etc. And now what, Ubisoft?
