Agent Origins code not working

Game - division

I messed up and redeemed code prior to game release. at 3am EST my 4 skins were there....by 10am when i logged back in, all of my skins were gone...support chat told me to contact you.

i go to re redeem the code and it says already been used. please help me get my dlc back

The Division Agent Origins Pack

I also do not have the pack even after redeeming a code. I redeemed the code a week ago, bought The Division a few days ago and there is no extra DLC for the Division other than the Hazmat Pack. Agent Origins Pack is not showing up in game either.

the Agent Origins website now says "this offer is expired" so thats alarming...

I have spoken with xbox support and they advised me to post here. I redeemed my code and it said it was successful but I never actually received the content from it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you..

 

Hey, PreFirez ThV! Did the skins happen to attach to the Beta version of the game instead of the released version?

 

No. I had them on the full version for a few hours then they disappeared

 

just checked and no they didn't

 

It's an ongoing issue. On the Ubisoft forums it says they requested the DLC to be removed from the XBL Marketplace, hence the lack of content after entering the code. In which case, they need to take down the Origins website and stop giving out codes. That,
or they are putting them up on uPlay. Ubisoft is pretty silent about this problem. It's one of the easier fixes that can be done rather quickly, but they haven't.

 

is there a way i can re download like we did on xbox 360?

Sorry to hear that you are still unable to access the Agent Origins content. If you haven't already I recommend trying a few steps:

• First check to see if you are able to see the content by going to the "Xbox Store" in the main menu of The Division.
  
• If you are able to see the Agent Origin pack, try installing it.
• If you are unable to see the content by following the steps above, navigate to the My Games & Apps tile on your Xbox One console.
  
• Select The Division under the games tab and press the Menu button.
• Select Manage Game and check for the content in the "Ready to Install" section.
  

Give the suggested steps a try and make sure to let us know the results. Thanks in advance!
