agent challenge code didn't work

I did 3 of the 5 agent challenges. got 3 code. 1st one said I had already been used. last 2 worked just fine.

Codes didn't work

Got gears of war 4 ultimate edition as I wanted the codes ASAP to play the originals with my friends.

Didn't realize how long it would take to get the codes, but when I finally did, none of them worked...I tried redeeming them repeatedly over the last two months, and finally was able to get GOW3 to work, but none of the others. They just kept saying error
and to try again later.

Now the codes themselves are no longer in my messages, so I called xbox support - basically a longwinded answer to say they can do nothing for me. Not only can they get me new codes, but they also can't refund me the money for the ultimate edition as all
I really would have wanted (if I knew about this code situation) is the standard edition. Thanks for taking 140 dollars of my money.

The advice I got - post this on the forums and maybe someone can help. My case number was
