    Age Verification


    I am unable to sign into the account on my Xbox due to it asking for an age verification. When I went to the Xbox site that it directed me to it was in Korean and looked kinda shady. When I went to try to sign into my Xbox account online it also said that I had to verify my age. I signed into my Microsoft account which has my correct birthdate but the region had been changed to Korea. I reset it to the U.S. and changed my password but I am still unable to access my Xbox. The Support section on the Xbox site was utterly useless and I wasn’t able to get in contact with anyone to help resolve this issue. Just trying to figure out what I can do to fix this.

    Changing your date of birth using a credit card on account.microsoft.com does not change it on your Xbox account.

    It's not possible to change the age of an account once it has been created.

    Yes it is due to the age of the account. If you are an adult and wanting to change the DOB,
    you have option to fill out the Age verification form.You
    cansubmit proof of age by filling out theAge verification Request.

    That's for age verification for using a Microsoft account. Changing the age of a Microsoft account does not change the age of an Xbox account.
