Age verification for parental consent

Hi,

I've been trying to submit a proof of age and I received a Reference number[Mod Removed – Personal Information].but it was suddenly closed without sending any response to me.

I've been waiting for their reply but still no response and I also submitted a lot of request - until today I go no response.

Last September 12, I sent a new request with Reference number [Mod Removed – Personal Information]. -I was able to submit my passport but they told me that they are unable to view
the Files which is ridiculous

They told me to uploaded it again which I did - and after that there is no response from them - today is September 26 2018 - I need help with this

My sons account will be locked out on October 1, 2018 - Give me other options

Please tell me as well why do I need to go all thru this; I don't want to provide my card details because I don't want to get billed of 0.50 GBP/USD which is why I've been dealing with this and it's giving me a hard time.

How can I trust you guys if you are closing my request without even responding to me ?

I'm sorry to hear that it's been such a hassle to get the age verification going.

The thing is once creating a Microsoft Account and adding the age, and if it's underage, it will require a 50 cent charge to verify that the adult is giving the child permission to use a Microsoft Account.
