    Once a profile changes to a fully independent adult account, does the parental account association get removed completely?

    if your account is now a adult account you should be able to ring up and get it back without needing the other account verifacation

    Did exactly what you said nothing worked.Can you guys just get rid of the ability to lock peoples account and just force them to use two step verifacation. Most of the people that is getting there account locked are innocent people and whoever is locking
    the accounts are locking the wrong peoples account

    Could it perhaps be a delay due to your mobile network connection? It has happened to me often. You could try again later if it is, in fact, the delay, otherwise, you could contact Microsoft Support.
