    Age restrictions (Even tho my age is set as for the 1992


    I was playing Age of empires II properly few days ago. Everything was working fine.

    Suddenly the last few days I cound't search any game at all. I start gathering info, no results at all that could help me.

    Today I decided to re-install the game. First I uninstall it.

    When I'm ready to install the game a message pops up saying that the game as an age restriction. Even tho my game account was set to the 1992. I did not change anything at all, and still when I check xbox or microsoft profile my birth date is properly set as my birthday.

    Any ideas to fix it ?

    Hi there

    Child accounts are set to age settings for the region you cannot really change the age, But through family settings your parent or guardian can set it up but please be aware there is of course restrictions depending on where they broadcast.

    Each age group has specific settings, it could be that the account is reverting to the age appropriate restrictions.

    EA has age restrictions in place. If the age of the account is set wrong and it's under 13, then it won't allow you to play. There's no way to change the age on an account.
