age restriction on PC xbox app

I recently got the xbox gamepass for my PC and even though I've signed up as my current age (26) I cannot download games with age restrictions that I did not set. I do not own an xbox console so I cannot use the suggested method on the FAQ. If there is
a way to change it on the microsoft website I'd greatly appreciate a link or something. For the life of me I cannot find a way to change it without a console.

Hey I followed the steps below and everything is set to allow. The Widows store and the Game Pass App on my phone are not applying this age restriction only the Game pass on PC is.

I have already done that with a online help from support.Did not help. there is on family on console or pc.

Solution 2.
Reset Xbox app settings.

Click Start and click Settings.
Select System.
Select Apps & features.
Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options.
Click Reset. Restart your device so that the changes can take effect.
